Please review the following policy carefully:

 

The flat fee is fully refundable only if cancellation is requested before listing paperwork has been prepared or sent for signature.

 

Once listing paperwork has been prepared or delivered for electronic signature, the flat fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the paperwork is signed.

 

Once a property is listed on the MLS, the flat fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

No refunds are provided for changes of mind, delays, or decisions not to proceed with the sale after work has begun.

 

If a seller chooses to cancel the listing after it is live, the MLS listing will be withdrawn upon request, but no refund will be issued.

 

This policy reflects the time, labor, and administrative costs involved in preparing and publishing a listing.
