Many "Flat-Fee" companies still charge a commission or an additional fee at closing. Watch to make sure it doesn't say "Plus .5% at closing" or something similar. When you see offers for only $99 on other sites, there is usually a catch.

Listed and Active within 24 Hour
We will have your listing Active on the MLS within 24 hours, and the listing is sent out to the 3rd party websites immediately once it is Active. Unfortunately, we cannot control how fast the 3rd party sites make the listing active on their end, but it is usually also within 24 hours.
