Payment The listing fee must be paid prior to scheduling your in-home consultation. This locks in your appointment and allows us to begin preparing for your listing. Satisfaction Guarantee If, after the in-home consultation, you decide not to move forward with BetterNest and no marketing or MLS preparation has begun, we will issue a full refund of your listing fee. When refunds do not apply Refunds are not available once any of the following have started: • photography scheduled or completed • marketing created • MLS listing prepared or submitted
