Transaction Coordination – Cancellation & Refund Policy

BetterNest Transaction Coordination services involve time-sensitive administrative work, document management, and deadline tracking that begins promptly after engagement.

Please review the following policy carefully:

• Transaction Coordination fees are fully refundable only if cancellation is requested before coordination services begin.

• Transaction coordination is considered to have begun once documents are reviewed, deadlines are entered, communications are initiated, or administrative work related to the transaction has started.

• Once coordination services have begun, all fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the transaction closes.

• No refunds are provided if a contract is terminated, canceled, delayed, or fails to close for any reason.

• Transaction Coordination services do not guarantee the successful closing of a transaction and are limited to administrative and deadline management support.

This policy reflects the time-sensitive nature of transaction coordination and the work performed once services begin.
